Do I have to wash the linens before I return them?
Absolutely not! We wash and press our linens in house. Leave the cleaning to us, that part of the rental costs.
 

Do I pay extra for delivery?
That is also included in your costs. No extra charge.

Do I need to book reservations?
Please give us one week's notice to prepare your order.
 

Is there a set-up or take-down fee?
Our costs include set-up and take-down fees- no extra costs and no headaches setting up!
 

Am I responsible to lost or stolen items?
Yes. We count all items upon return; you will be invoiced the amount of missing items.
 

What happens if the item is damaged?
In most cases linens can be cleaned, however in the case of ground-in dirt, candle wax, burned linens etc. You will be charged the full amount as they would need to be replaced. Please click here for Rental Terms

Can I see the linens before I order them?
Absolutely! We encourage you to come in and choose what best suits you. Call to make an appointment at our show room.
