before I return them? |
| Absolutely not! We wash and press
our linens in house. Leave the cleaning
to us, that part of the rental costs. |

| Do I pay extra for delivery? |
| That is also included in your costs.

| Please give us one week's notice to
prepare your order. |

| Our costs include set-up and
take-down fees- no extra costs and no
headaches setting up! |

| Am I responsible to lost or
stolen items? |
| Yes. We count all items upon return;
you will be invoiced the amount of
missing items. |

| What happens if the item is damaged? |
| In most cases linens can be cleaned,
however in the case of ground-in dirt,
candle wax, burned linens etc. You will
be charged the full amount as they would
need to be replaced.
